The only truist ATM nearby and Truist started locking the door to the lobby so the atm is completely unavailable. What is the point of having an atm if it’s only open when the bank is?

Closing your ATM during non branch hours is so counter intuitive and a big turnoff. I would not have opened an account online with you all had I known the location most convenient to me was going to be shut down after hours beginning 10/30. This is antiquated. Maybe don’t do business in major metropolitan areas if you aren’t willing to assume some risk.

We had a horrible experience with Truist. We have been customers for over 30 years, but they tried to rip us off in a rollover of a CD, dropping the rate from 4.25% to 0.01%. No, that's not a typo. Avoid this bank at all costs.

Berta the banker was very nice and she is fluent in Spanish.I needed a lien release because I'm selling my car. The 800 number said that it may take 2 weeks because of mailing time. They suggested that I can go to a branch and get a letter earlier. I went to the location at Rockville Town center first and the rep acted like I was crazy, typical. I didn't bother with him and call the location near Twinbrook & 355. I believer Berta picked up right away and knows exactly what I was talking about. I came and she took care of what I needed. I used to work in sales in a retail bank location. I know that these bankers hates service work since they don't generate revenue. Berta was never annoyed and had a pleasant demeanor. I took a card and I will refer her business when I can

I have been with Truist aka SunTrust for over 20 years and I think is time to take my business elsewhere. I drove by two locations today, one was closed for good which I didn't know, drove to another location and the ATM said no signal so I could NOT make a transaction. This location is in a bad spot, there is no parking in front of the branch ever. And no, I do not want to go in the garage park the car, go up the elevator walk outside just to use the ATM! There are 0 Truist locations nearby with a drive thru. This location is NOT convenient at all. Since they made the change from SunTrust to Truist they have literally closed all the SunTrust and BB&T locations that had a drive thru. It's all going downhill. So unfortunate to have to change banks after so many years.

I’ve been banking with SunTrust aka Truist for over 10 years and I have to say this branch has the rudest and incompetent employees. I came to open a checking account and was sent me back because they were going to close “soon” and because they didn’t have a manager. I couldn’t even understand why a manager has to do anything with opening an account. Nonetheless, this will be the last time I will step into this branch. Save yourself time and take your business somewhere else.

Wish I could give the Suntrust Potomac Village branch a big zero for the lack of customer services. The branch manager Ms Tami Salman avoids clients, pretends to be on the phone, does not answer her phone, gives misinformation and is just down right RUDE!

Excellent service! I wish I got the tellers name but she was so great! I came to drop off an insurance check I received after an accident and to get a money order. She was quick and efficient and even waived the fee for me. I also came back the next day to get a second money order which took a little bit longer. I guess it was protocol they had to double and triple check I was who I said I was lol It's a small SunTrust but it seemed like the tellers knew pretty much everyone coming in and out. There isn't a ton of parking but depending on what time you come you should be able to locate a spot. It's right next to the smash burger. The only downfall is there is no drive through.

This Bank Is The Worst Bank Ever I don't Now How You open A bank In Rockville Pike and Have Two window and one of the window (he) don't have any clue about the BANK. Am DONE..... don't call me..... am not in your System i was there to deposit check for my wife good luck to you guys...
