“The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. I’m not sure about the 1 star reviews…maybe they all had a bad day and I get it that the item may be cancelled when you ordered it. But see it as…it wasn’t meant to be. If you’ve ever worked in retail, people at the shop cannot take hold of the exact inventory because this store is a high traffic area where parents and young adults shop between meetings and school. It’s a hard pill to swallow but that’s every store. Maybe JCrew needs to update their inventory where it only shows stuff in the back of the store vs back and front of the store…but that takes time and lots of managerial approval in behind the scenes.
All and all, folks… I shopped here this past week and the staff is anything but nice. If you’re nice and patient, then it will be mirrored back to you. Happy Saturday, all, if there’s a mishap for your order…know that the staff has no control of it. If someone grabbed the shirt you really wanted, remember that person now has a beautiful shirt that is in demand. You’ll get that shirt one day in the future where someone else came in for and their order got cancelled.
