“A few weeks ago I came in and had a wonderful experience worth sharing. My printer broke down a few months ago and Ive been researching new ones with disappointment bc I cant use the same ink that is compatible with my old one, I have lots of it left over.
Sam was super knowledgeable, helpful, and nice when I asked about a good printer recommendation. I had been researching the Epson so when he shared all the perks plus it was on sale and I could get credit for my printer and old ink cartridges it was exactly what I need.
He also shared the importance of maintenance every few months as a way to prolong the working life and quality of your printer. Given good customer service is so hard to come by these days it's important to acknowledge when someone goes out of their way to help you. Sam did just that. I'm very happy with my Epson printer! So far so good.”
