“I came across this shop a few months ago when eating next door at the Vietnamese restaurant and kept it in the back of my mind. So when my brother’s jade pendant broke I knew where to go. The owners were really nice and helpful. We came on a Saturday and they didn’t have what we needed that day to fix it but assured us they’d have it on Monday (the next business day). We left the pendant with them and they called us Monday, as promised, to tell us it was ready for pickup that day. They did a great job on the pendant, and I also got my watch battery replaced in what felt like less than a minute. It was really inexpensive to fix the pendant and replace the battery. They also have Vietnamese decor and some jewelry for sale. Seems like an honest small business with inexpensive prices. I will be back!”
“This shop has such heart and is a great little hidden gem. It's filled to the brim with fun and laugh provoking objects and snark. It has lots of wallet critical hit objects like Vera Bradley too.
The shop owner was warm and welcoming and the store was a great place to duck in out of the weather while visiting Rockville Town center.”

“My diamond fell out of the setting and had an insurance claim. David Masica did the appraisal for free because I had bought wedding rings from him. I have to tell you, that I read the review from the guy that gave one star and it was really surprising. When I had purchased from Masica before, David was nothing but professional, friendly, honest, and created my custom rings flawlessly. Replacing the old stone was a breeze, he was even able to make it better than before. Give him a call, you'll be glad you did. He beat one of the other well-known jewelers by over $600.”

“Same layout you can expect from every J.Crew Factory store, except it feels like it's been slightly shrunken to fit into its physical footprint. Navigating around the store is tricky because it feels pretty cramped. Staff members weren't friendly and checkout lines took a long time, which is pretty standard for J.Crew Factory. Be sure to price compare while you are in-store to see if they are offering the same items online cheaper.”
