He finished the work earlier than estimated which was a nice surprise. The ring fits perfectly now, plus he cleaned it and it looks brand new. “I was skeptical going to a local jeweler for my wedding band, but I'm glad I came to Four Seasons! After trying on many rings at other big retailer stores, I couldn't find something that fit me just the way I wanted. I wanted a thin, alternating marquise diamond ring but wanted the stones to only cover the top half of my very small size 4 finger, so that when I closed my hands together I wouldn't feel the ridges on the side. I know, super picky right? When I walked into Four Seasons I was greeted immediately. I must admit my Mandarin isn't great, so I was afraid that the employees would look down on me or not give me good service (let's be honest, that's how some shops are). But I was wrong! They say they treat their customers like their friends, I felt like I was treated like their family. When I told them what I was looking for, they listened and understood, were patient, and transparent with their pricing. I've never seen a place whip out a notebook pad and tell you exactly the grams of metal or diamond carat, list out each price, labor, and show you the total. They told me they could custom make the ring I wanted and this would be the estimated cost. It took me about a month to receive my ring and I love it! It was exactly what I asked for and was ready by the time they promised. When I called asking if it ready, they knew exactly who I was and what I ordered before I really said much. They remember their customers! They were also kind enough to polish my engagement ring for free even though it wasn't purchased from them. Thank you Four Seasons for being a part of this special moment in my life!”

“I was in the store today and was pleasantly surprised at the cute items they had on sale. Yes it is a bit overpriced, but no more so than similar styles found at Anthropologie. I would have to agree with the lack of customer service, though. Although I was greeted by the three girls at the register, one sitting up on the counter and another on her phone, that was it. I never saw them interact with anyone who was browsing in the store, and when I went back to the dressing room to try something on no one ever came to open a door for me. I do have to give them five stars for entertainment though. The three had no problem talking loudly enough for all to hear. They were creating a Yelp account so that they could leave positive reviews. I loved hearing one give the other a hard time that "Olivia Sails" didn't sound like a real name LOL! If you're going to leave fake reviews, perhaps be a little more discrete about it. Four stars for the merchandise though.”

We walked out with 3 great pieces. Unfortunately, I did not get the same great service from the other 2 associates.”
