The prescription was processed slowly and item was out of stock. I was never able to reach anyone by phone - always directed to an AI voicemail and no one ever called back.

Went to purchase dental floss because it said it was on sale online. The price in store was higher and the cashier said they do not price match. I worked for CVS years ago and know they do. Why I shop online.
