“I stopped by Walgreens randomly today to grab some cold medicine. There was an old lady with a cart making her way up to the pharmacy window. When this Asian lady came out of nowhere and cut her off with the rudest look on her face. I was very proud that the pharmacist saw what happened and helped the old lady first. It’s just so disgusting how some people treat old people these days. Like have some respect. I will be transferring my prescriptions to this store. They care about fair treatment and equality. What is appalling is how this Asian woman tried to claim discrimination for not being served before the old lady she cut off. Kudos to the pharmacist. Good job young lady.”

“This location is not as good as Bethesda. The hot bar has only a few Asian dishes, the Bethesda store hot bar is 1 side Asian the other traditional American such as sweet potatoes, macaroni and cheese, scallopped potatoes, baked chicken, chicken wings, etc. The bakery, deli, sushi, hiot bar, salad bar, and starbucks are on the 2nd level as are several tables. There are 2 elevators in the back to 2nd floor, but they are not near the entrance. They have a salad bar which Bethesda does not, so a point for them, but the lack of American hot selections is a ding. Both locations have hot pizza by the slice as well as premade sandwiches and sandwiches made to order. Neither store has salad in the deli counter, but they both have prepackaged salads, you just can't control the quantity. Apparently no Harris Teeters sell POM tea, only POM juice. Like in Bethesda and for no apparent reason, lil smokies hot dogs are in the butcher counter as opposed to with the regular hot dogs in the refrigerator. This is not intuitive and there are no signs indicating this so you need to be looking for it. The prepackaged hot chicken selection is better in Bethesda too--they have many packages of 2 quarters for $ 4.99, and basically none in Rockville when I was there. Lots of whole roast chickens though, $7.99 like the 8 piece packs., but basically nothing that is single serving. The Rockville store is at White Flint metro and in a large residential area, so convenient if you live nearby, but I think Bethesda is worth the extra trip down Rockville Pike. Bethesda is also walking distrance of Trader Joes, so kill 2 birds with 1 stone, Rocville is across the street from Pike and Rose, but Bethesda has more stores in walking distance without the super busy part of rockville pike.”

“My CVS is by far the best in its customer services and inventory. The store manager Axel is exceptionally helpful always with a greeting smile no matter how busy the store is and the pharmacist Girish takes very good care of all my prescriptions, so my meds can be obtained with minimal hindrance. I am Rolling Out Once again to find The Best Grocery Stores In all of The Gaithersburg / Rockville , Maryland Area of Montgomery County . as I head Up Shady Grove Road I come upon this other Unique Store This is called Safeway . This place has Great Outdoor Parking for all Customers . This place has Great Floral Designs on Racks on the porch areas in front of the windows and propane Cages with tanks in them for rent too and great huge advertizements in their wondows for all to see of great sales inside the store . as You walk through the double doors inside you will see The Custoimer Service area and Huge cashier ine areas Pharamacy and more up front . Plus the Newspaper Racks & Lottery Machines . In rhew other Parts of the store they have isles filled with great food items that peopole like shopping for . They have a Big Produce area , Floral Area , Deli Area , Seafood Area , Bakery Stationary , And Seasonal Isles , Plus Pharmacutical , and Childrens Isles . And Frozen Foods Area , And Meat , And More . They have all the stuff I like as well as other items that other custoimer like there too . This place is always Jumping even on a Big Customer Busy Volume . Whe you want something from the Pharmacy area, I think its best to call in for the appointments because sometimes in lines It can be a very long wait to pick up what you need there . It's always fbn being here with lot of things to do to look through , Take Your Time , And Decide what You Like and Need and Always Make Sure its Within Your Budget Needs too . That is the best Tips I can share with you . I know in this day and Age Thing have not always been easy anymore due to the Epidemic That has ravaged the United States By A Foreign Power That hates The United States and Not cared about the consequenes of their Intent Of their own actions . It's caused us all To Live In Fear , Terror , Paranoia , Ignorance , Distrust , And Hatred . But This is NOT Who We Are , This Is Not What We vRepresent As American Citizens . “Pretty good experience, pharmacist is professional and courteous. Most customers are fine but I’ve seen a few customers that are downright rude to the hardworking staff which is unfortunate. A few of the pharmacy techs are quicker and more efficient than others to retrieve meds and get you checked out. It takes a bit of patience sometimes as it’s an urban location with high traffic. Have some empathy for the staff and the pharmacist who is filling meds and also administering vaccines.”

When I was returning an item she told me three times "you did not buy this at this store" when in fact she was holding the receipt I had given her for the item and I had circled the item on the receipt. So in short you cannot trust your cashier at this location.”

“You wouldn't think it would be hard to find chicken thighs with the skin on? Well, guess what? I spent an hour calling around to various Giants looking for my chicken thighs. It turns out more people want the skin removed. : ( Enter, my hero, Steve, the meat manager at this Giant. Who found my chicken thighs and put them in the back for me. All while he was there all alone in the meat section. This Giant is well stocked, has a great Gluten free section and Hispanic food section. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating. The store is well stocked. It is clean and is well managed. Located across the street from the Rockville Post Office, you can get two errands done at one time. Score! “I made an appointment for a vaccine and happened to arrive 45 minutes early due to a nearby appointment. I walk in and the store is totally empty so I go to the pharmacy to ask if I could get my shot early and was told I'd have to come back. I was upset but waited in my car and began a scathing review about lack of customer service blah blah blah but they called me to come in early and gave me great customer service. Ok so I am a happy camper!”

“I like this location. The only tricky part is the parking lot . It is small and getting in/out can be tricky. The pharmacy staff are friendly. The pharmacist is great about answering questions. The store has two levels. You can take your cart on the elevator. It is easy to miss where the carts are located inside the store. Walk through the entrance and look to the right. Other Harris Teeter locations have them in the entrance way.”
