Went in at 2AM to purchase a cough product. Employee was very helpful and asked if I needed assistance.

1. One pharmacist gave wrong guidance when picking up prescription already sent to them, which wasted a lot of time; 2. Almost all the pharmacists except the elder staff were chatting without helping customers, although there was a long line
