I just was in the Fallsgrove AT and T, and Michael, the representative ordered a new screensaver for me. He also kindly assisted me with pairing my phone to my CarPlay. He also answered questions about my account. He was wonderful- smart, kind, and so helpful!! I highly recommend him! A stellar A T and T rep!!
