“The Alaire is by far the best lil apartment community I’ve lived at! The apartments are spacious and unique. The amenities are pop’n (they have canopies at the pool y’all!!) And easy, accessible mailroom w/ secure Amazon lockers, garage parking, fully equipped gym and the staff feels like family.Over the last two years, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to knew the staff and employees.Claudia and Sean are super attentive, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for their tenants.It’s truly been a pleasure living here!Not to mention, it’s conveniently located directly across the street from the Twinbrook Metro Station (red line) making it easy to get in and out of the city. If you’re looking for your next apartment home… This Is The Place!”

He consistent kindness and dedication, such as taking my wet clothes to dry when my dryer needed fixing, exemplify his commitment to his role. “The axis apartments from an interior standpoint are quite superior to many of the apartments in the area. Due to the high increase in rent pay, we had to make the most financial appropriate decision in leaving. In building two, twice a month we would hear noise loudly on the bottom floor, but other than that, it was quite peaceful. We would’ve hoped for more community engagement and activities, which were mostly nonexistent. We wanted to give a special shout out to Jasmine Cador who took great care of us during move-in and move out and provided solutions when difficulties came along the way. Thank You Jasmine, she is the best with Axis hands down!”

“I lived here from 2022-2024 and this place was an answered prayer. From the tranquil, CLEAN environment (in/outside the buildings) to timely service repairs & lifesaving residential management (Especially Ms. Iman), I'm deeply saddened that I had to move because of personal reasons. I was fortunate enough to stay during and after the renovations. Please ignore any comments from anyone who complains about this place! If anything, bugs will come if you don't have clean habits- that goes for anywhere!

The interior design of the apartments have spacious, lux interior (for my soft life people) and it's right outside the city, away from the daily traffic and noise. It may not look all that from the outside but EVERY TIME I hosted guests, they were genuinely surprised and almost always wanted to move in or start an application here. There's even a lake and a big park (with tennis/basketball courts) next to it. When my car broke, the rideon and metro was walking distance. Grocery stores everywhere. & most importantly, it's an extremely safe area monitored by PO everynight. Oh! & everyone minds their business and is so kind/respectful. I love playing loud music and everytime I thought I was making too much noise, my neighbors assured me they couldn't hear anything! Man, the price is well worth everything this place offers, not gonna lie. (Even water is free!)

If you're looking for a place, this is it. Schedule a tour with Ms. Iman and thank me later. I've never met such a genuine and responsive Apt. manager that actually stays like that no matter what how rough situation is.”
