I was in the area for almost 20 yrs and bounced around a few different places (from main street shops, national chains to dealers) until i ended up at Garland's after a referral from a county employee back in 2019. I'd driven by this shop so many years & i wish i had gone to them sooner. Garland's is a nice shop with honest mechanics (Garland himself works on the cars) and reasonable rates/prices. They're busy enough where they don't bother with trying to "up sell" you on needless services or repairs. I've had expensive repairs done here and I've always felt comfortable that they will stand behind their work. They'll do their best if you have an emergency but it's always better (in my experience) to get appointments before hand. I'm in a different county now and wish i had someone even remotely like Garland's nearby”

I had suspension work done at a previous shop several times, but they couldn't quite get the alignment to where it was necessary for my ride after they installed the parts I needed. No worries. Took my ride to Redline and they were able to diagnose, fix the issue, and explain what happened in a day! Highly recommend!”

“GREAT SERVICE! At least from Rich, very kind fellow.
1) I popped a tire and got it replaced in the Baltimore Monro branch but they didn’t replace the TPMS.. The branch closed when I went again -> I went to this branch and they replaced the TPMS for free.
2) I went again recently because of a tire leak and he patched it for free.
3) When I went to get the patch, there was another customer who absolutely berated Rich, very rude. Rich was very calm and even offered discounts when she threatened litigation. I don’t know if I know a kinder, more patient person.”
“I discovered Mark's Motors when I picked up a friend that was having her vehicle serviced there. She is a longtime customer and she encouraged me to schedule an appointment. I met Cesare Alfeo, the owner, and told him the issues that I was having with my vehicle. When I brought my vehicle in, he checked out both issues, shared what he found and made recommendations. I will definitely follow-up on these issues with him.”

“My experience here was absolutely astounding. I was involved in a rear end hit and run and I wanted to have my vehicle checked for the safety of my 18 month old daughter. I had called around to a few different places and wasn’t able to get in until next week.I called and spoke with Mike who told me to come in as soon as I could. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted and my vehicle was taken back immediately. The technician Logan did a full inspection of my vehicle, he did advise me that I will be needing brakes in the near future. Being a single mom it’s hard to find a place that will not nickel and dime you for every little thing. Mike was able to get me a quote for brakes that I will be able to afford within the time frame I need them done by. I have found my forever shop. Thank you gentleman.”
