“Hello today I had the pleasure of getting an 4 wheel alighnment and am very pleased with the courtesy and detail description on what's going on with wheels. Bmw are tricky alighnment jobs and I was pleased with my services. Was in at 1:00 my appointment time was done in two hours. I was also texted a diagram with before and after pics. And I must say alighment was improved significantly and price was reasonable. Unlike bmw dealer in which both times going get an alighnment was a disaster. Also they give a good chocolate chip cookie as Curtisy to customers. It was very good.”

“Great service but the tire was bad. I literally got it yesterday and it went completely flat by the night time. Not sure what the problem was but there's no reason a tire should go flat that fast without driving 50 miles... I went back and just as the owner said, replaced the tire free of charge. With customer service like this I'd definitely come back.”

I'm very picky when letting anyone work on my vehicles; this location has earned my trust. I appreciate being able to drop off my vehicle in the morning and getting a phone call when the work is done. On top of the level of service I received, I was very grateful that James helped me get the best price possible through their active promotions and even gave me some advice on a later date when I went in to describe a separate car issue I was having. Since this location wasn't able to provide the service I needed; James referred me over to another local Midas shop to get the job done. Thanks for the recommendation James! “After getting tired of going to the Nissan dealership to have my car fixed for ridiculous prices, I did some research and found Autostream in Randallstiwn. I had no idea what to expect but I just wanted good service for a decent price. My expectations were far exceeded. It is an amazing place to get your car fixed for a fantastic price. The employees at the front desk are phenominal and the mechanics are super fast and talented. I feel like I am part of a family there. Regardless of how long it has been since I have called, they always remember me and welcome my business. It is a smaller location on liberty road and it is a bit if a fast turn into the parking lot but the business itself is not hard to find at all. It is super easy to schedule an appointment online, by phone, or in person. There is a shuttle service if you need to go while your car is being worked on. I prefer to hang around and chat with the staff. Either way, I highly recommend this business and will continue to go myself!”

My husband and I were able to line up what we wanted with the help of Jimmy, General Manager, and Sean, Salesman. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Jimmy, Sean, and Jason in finance were a great crew to work with. I am very pleased with how our experience went, and very pleased with the "Preston for Life" diamond service package we are now getting as well. The service team at Preston's has always been knowledgeable and efficient. When my car needs work they are my first choice, even though it's a little over a half hour away. There has been a bit of changeover at the dealership, but it is currently staffed with a bunch of rockstars!”
