“I ordered hay for a rabbit online. They gave me a bag that was damaged ( I took it because I thought it snagged it on the cart or something on the way to the car) and my rabbit refused to eat it. The hay was 25.00, and I was annoyed. I was unaware of the return policy so I was just not going to worry about it. I went to purchase a new bag and the associate informed me that even tho the time had passed she would honor my exchange. I’m very satisfied! Update on the bunny he is eating the new bag so my only suggestion is not selling customers damaged merchandise just because they ordered online for pick up. If a bag of food has an hole in it throw it away. Not give it to the customer who isn’t choosing for themselves. Why care more about a multimillion dollar company losing a bag of hay than the customers and the lives of their pets!”
“I've been to this Petco location on several occasions to set up fish tanks for my hobby. Dillon is an associate there that is so uplifting, friendly and knowledgeable that I always hope he's there when I'm ready for new fish. He helps me stay enthusiastic about my fish keeping journey into more advanced tanks and fish. Ask for him by name, I recommend.”
“I went to Petco with the intention of looking at the Glofish. When we arrived we were greeted by “ Jess.” She took the time to go over the different aquariums, and how much each one retailed, which were on sale, ect.
She showed us where the Glofish tank was and told us to call her for any questions. Well, we ( myself & husband) were in love with the tetras and wanted to take them home! Jess was close by. She stopped what she was doing immediately and came to help! She explained which Tetras would live together peacefully and which would be aggressive to the others! We explained which tank we were going to purchase based on her description, and she explained how many fish would be recommended. We pointed out which fish we wanted, and she collected all 5! She explained which food would be best, the approved the decorations we chose, and a few other tank water care items! We felt like we were well educated and ready to become Tetra parents! We can’t thank Jess enough! We could really tell this was not just a job for her.. she really cared about our success and the well being of the fish!! We will make sure to come back to Petco for all our needs, and recommend to others, as well!! I would just like to add that everyone in the Owings Mill store was friendly and approachable! What a pleasant experience!!”

“I needed my cats nails cut asap. Catonsville location allowed me to come in the same day. When i called Owings mills location, no one from grooming ever answered the phone. When someone else answered from another dept, i was told to put my name on a list and Miles would call me back. I've put my name on the list before and no one called me back. I've gone to Owings mills location several times asking about getting my cats nails cut and no one is ever available. Catonsville location was very friendly and made time to fit me in for something that would only take 5 minutes.”

“I've had nothing but a solid experience from this guy every time I walk in!Frequent buyer of LIVE feeder fish, a lot of times big name per stores or someone not as professional will sell weak or diseased feeders that absolutely get quality pets sick. Not only are these feeders lively,(which gets my pets excited to eat), the owner frequently gives way more than what is necessary for what I spent.Likewise, this is one of the few places I can get HEALTHY LIVE mice for a ridiculous bargain. My reptiles love it.Well placed location off Windsor and super easy to get to. Easy payments through cash app and never have any issues with his stock causing any health issues with my animals.He also has Koi for sale and I'm excited to give those a buy.10/10 probably would be the only location I shop at if his selection was a bit larger as far as arachnids and reptiles, because I know they'd be well taken care of.Thank you!”
