“This is a great location with knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service! Store Manager, Justin, is patient and kind. He is even Spanish speaking so he can assist a variety of customers. The rest of Justin's staff have great customer service skills as well. Very good people here.”

Me and my husband came into this store to view different phone plan options.
At other locations like T-Mobile & AT&T they were very pushy when it came time to exploring different phone plans. But here at Verizon, Amon was super helpful (not pushy at all). He gave us our space to make our decisions!
We later came back about a month later to pursue the Unlimited Plus plan. Again, Amon was super helpful, patient and kind. He answered all of our questions, gave us a clear view of what our phone bill would be before hand, showed us many different options. Hands down one of the best retail managers I’ve ever dealt with in years! And in 2024 great managers like Amon are very hard to find. So, I give him and this store a lot of props!
Everyone should definitely look into this location if pursuing Verizon.”

“I had a very pleasant visit at the 6864 Reisterstown Rd location at store#8144 the mobile expert Shaun B helped me .He was very pleasant he answered all my questions and fixed all my issues and concerns. He even went above and beyond and called customer service to fix a problem i wasn’t even aware of. I appreciate his excellent customer service skills you guys need more employees like Shaun !!!”
