“I was referred to R&C after a box store tire shop busted a lug nut while trying to replace a tire (the nut broke and half of it was still threaded to the stud).
I was pleasantly surprised by their ability to work on my car immediately and their determination to get the repair done with some level of problem solving (applying heat rather than shear brute force which could've caused additional damage to the wheel).
Milly was super pleasant and kept me aware of what was happening and the timing of things (she was able to get a replacement lug nut ordered for my older car and delivered/installed within a few hours).
My overall impression having observed the comings and goings for a few hours was competence and a reasonable price for my project.”

In addition, after the visit, they would have a report sent to you via email so that you can view the conditions of your car and what might be recommended to be done/check if they notice anything during the inspection. “All it took was one phone call. Peter was very informative and knew his stuff. I was able to get an oil change within 30 mins. This was surreal! Normally you will have to wait until the next day or so. Not to mention that the price was fantastic. Hogan and sons now have in me, a customer for life! “I came here to check their pricing because another auto shop had tried to charge me almost a grand due to a failed inspection. The man checked my car to give me an estimate & came back telling me my car was able to pass and only needed a small light bulb replacement. They were so honest and saved me so much money. As a pregnant mother, I was upset to find out many places that are dishonest and want to just get as much money out of you as possible, but not Sunset Auto!!
