Of course, their office manager, Barbara, was so friendly too when I first phoned to set up an appointment. Gill's went above and beyond on my recent visit - going the extra mile to check and recheck my alignment when issues arose. Adam kept me updated the entire process which made me feel very comfortable. I can assure you with the time and care they took with my auto and to explain things to me they are very ethical, knowledgeable, honest and extremely fair. I highly recommend Gill's to anyone in search of a reliable A+ auto repair place. In my experience they are the very best car care place in the area. You won't be disappointed. I just wish I had known about them sooner.”

They conducted a thorough overview of my SUV inside and out. Took pictures, made recommendations, and I accepted some services.Waiting area very large. “I was having a really horrible day when my windshield took a pebble and chipped. I was very upset about it, as it was kind of the straw that broke the camels back. Patriot Auto Glass could not have been more helpful, quick, and courteous in fixing my windshield and I sincerely appreciated their kindness to me. I hope to not have another chip in my glass soon but with all the construction in the area, it's pretty likely. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.”

“I was referred to R&C after a box store tire shop busted a lug nut while trying to replace a tire (the nut broke and half of it was still threaded to the stud).
I was pleasantly surprised by their ability to work on my car immediately and their determination to get the repair done with some level of problem solving (applying heat rather than shear brute force which could've caused additional damage to the wheel).
Milly was super pleasant and kept me aware of what was happening and the timing of things (she was able to get a replacement lug nut ordered for my older car and delivered/installed within a few hours).
My overall impression having observed the comings and goings for a few hours was competence and a reasonable price for my project.”
