I chose this place because it was close to my home, and honestly I was kind of going in blindly (didn’t know anything about them). They worked on my Honda Accord after my auto-accident. “I recently bought a brand new 2025 civic sport from heritage Honda and I very please with the whole experience. This is the second new honda that I have purchased from them and both times it was an excellent experience. They really "saved the day" for me because I came to them from another dealership which I had a nightmare of an experience and they were able to rebound everything in a positive direction. My sales rep was Erin and she was AWESOME ! From the jump, she was very helpful, accommodating, and not pushy AT ALL. One thing that will push me away faster than anything is when a sales associate is being pushy or forceful. She was super patient with me and even when I had mentioned getting another vehicle at another dealership, she just said, "I understand, you have to do what makes you happy and what's in your best interest". That right there told me that her goal was just to see me satisfied with whatever decision I made and I can respect that 100%.
My credit is not the best and still they were able to get me financed on a brand new civic and my payment was not crazy but was right around what I expected it to be. She had me test drive a pearl white civic sport with the black wheels and accents and i loved it ! I left that day with the car and I am very happy with it. The whole experience was awesome and I would recommend if you're looking for a new Honda, go talk to Erin at Heritage, you wont be disappointed with your experience, whether you leave with a car or not.”
