Seems this is a rude joke. Store hours mentioned “ 11 AM-9 PM”. I went at 6:30 PM and the guy working there (the only employee I saw) said he was closing. A year later I went at 5 and found it closed although store hours said it is open till 9. What a farce

Ashley was outstanding her customer service skills are unmatched. Very professional and polite. She went out her way to make sure my points were logged to my account, which previous customer service representative didn't do. If I can give 6 stars I would.

So I drove an hour to come visit this store today and there’s a sign in the window that says closing at 4pm (on a Friday) when the hours are listed as closing at 7pm. This is yet another example of poor customer service.
