“My name is Camille Taylor and I am a resident of Fort Washington, Maryland. I entered the Ross Store at approximately 10:45am on Sunday September 25th to purchase my son a few items for school. When I entered the line I was politely greeted by a young woman who just had the most salubrious, respectful demeanor. We chatted briefly after she asked me how my visit was. We chatted about children’s’ clothes and shared a few laughs as mothers. My reason for writing this is because I wanted to share my positive feedback from your employee and think you should be advised that she really made my visit, light and beautiful. Actually, she made my entire day. HUGE shot out to Lele for her grace, exceptional customer service and impeccable attitude. Please pass this message along to any management team of hers so that all can be aware as to how she impacts guests so marvelously!!! ❤️❤️ Great Job again Lele/management!!!!!”

“Parking is terrible especially since they ripped out the playground in the center median strip. Has bragging rights as an upscale shopping plaza with the Apple store, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and crate & barrel, but feels like something's missing. Maybe a Chick-fil-A would help?”

“Very fun store to visit. Nice selection of jewelry, crafts, and knickknacks. A great place to look for gifts. Also, weirdly a good selection of coffee, tea, and cocoa. All of those are covered by a rewards program if you go regularly. The spicy cocoa is particularly tasty.”

“They have EVERYTHING you could want for the house as far as linen. It's not your average store. Plenty of curtains, bedding and rugs for living, dining room and kitchen. They also have pictures, towels and washcloths with unique shower sets. If you are a football lover They even have bedding and bath sets of different teams. I bought window treatments and bath items.”
