My only not so fun experience was with the finance department. While I understand the business is “sales”, I wish my decision to work directly with my bank for financing was respected. Although I firmly stood by my decision, uncomfortable pressure was applied as I was told by one of the two financial agents I potentially risked losing the vehicle in which I showed interest and completed paperwork for if I did not finance through the dealership. Excluding discomfort from the finance department, I would gladly work with Katie again!”

10320 Reisterstown Rd, Owings Mills“I randomly stopped in on this Sunday 10/27/24 afternoon hoping to have my corroded valve stem caps removed only to find I would need to have two valve stem kits replaced. Thankfully, they were able to take me in immediately and the install was done under an hour and under $50. Thank you Paris Fields for your knowledge and professionalism. I’ll most certainly return to Mr. Tire for future needs. I highly recommend this location.”

“I brought my car in on a Friday at the end of June for a tire that wouldn't maintain adequate tire pressure. The team diagnosed the problem as a puncture in the wall of the tire which couldn't be repaired by a patch. They showed me the
punctured area and advised that I get a new tire. They didn't have the tire in the shop, but they informed me that they would have it the next day. In the meantime the spare was temporarily installed. As promised, the tire was made available in the shop the next day for installation. Problem resolved! I can now share that I haven't had any problems with the new tire. It matches the other three tires. I was given a better peace of mind on the road. Service was great. The staff was friendly and they corrected the problem without regrets. Thank you, Keith and staff, for the great service.”
