He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the various types, qualities and finishings of interior paints. He certainly made it easier as it was my first experience buying paint and I was feeling intimidated not knowing how to choose. “Couldn't be happier with Robert and his team. This was my third attempt over the last 4 years to purchase appliances (we thought we were going to to a kitchen renovation but it never happened). Each time I worked with Harpers on pricing and they were the most competitively priced. However, what stands out to me the most is their service. They were so patient and kind with each interaction. Never once did they come across as pushy. In fact, they did not rush the process and took the time to explain features and benefits and answered at least 100 questions. We are expecting a baby this Spring and we have so many tasks and projects we are trying to knock out. I thought appliance shopping would be stressful, but this was the complete opposite of stressful. Most of the interactions for this purchase (made today) were done via email and there must have been 2 dozen exchanges. They were fast and prompt with responding. We thought we only wanted to replace one oven but ended up going with a single wall oven, a wall oven/microwave combo, downdraft, and a dishwasher. They have our business for life. “Just left the Rolling Road location. And they were open. They will be open tomorrow and every Monday- Thursday 9a-1p until they are fully staffed and then they will offer more hours. These hours are temporary. The calls go to a call center but those are the hours that someone is in the shop until further notice.”

“Excellent experience at Trible's. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help me locate parts. Both times I had to visit the part was not available in the Baltimore store and needed to be picked up from upper marlboro. Both times they offered to have it shipped to the store for free but unfortunately I needed parts then and there so I made the drive down to Upper Marlboro each time. But your employee Tyler really goes above and beyond. It's been a pleasure having him assist. He really knows how to take customer service to the next level. I highly recommend this location.”

“Candy store for those looking to remodel a kitchen or bathroom. Paul is very good at visualizing what you want and then producing a 3-D rendering of that design. They have all of the materials in house to let you pick your finishes. I could have spent all day in there without being tired or bored. Would definitely recommend Paul and his team for bathroom/ kitchen upgrades.”

“I recently became a first time home owner. When I tell you all that this is a lot....this is A Lot. There is so much to learn about a house, its parts, how it functions, the innerworkings, and who to call.One of the items that I am working on is getting blinds for the entire house. Why are there so many types of blinds? Why, friend? Why? I became really overwhelmed and reached out to blind specialist stores. Unfortunately, their quotes for service, design and installation was thousands of dollars. I kept the quotes and went to Home Depot to get their counsel. I had no idea what I was looking for nor the proper terminologies. What I did know was that the paper blinds in my house had reached it expiration date. Lol. I met Christina. She sat with me at a desk, gave me a tutorial on blinds and walked me through the home depot online process. The online process allows one to customize what they are looking for to the inventory of home depot. Christina patiently inquired about each room of my house that needed blinds, asked me probing questions, and encouraged my decisions. By the end of the meeting, she was able to provide me with a quote. I really appreciate being able to go to my local Home Depot to lessen the anxiety of homeownership.”

“Eric at their customer service desk is phenomenal. I found a mower on the website that indicated it had a clearance price, but it only applied in-store. It was a great price for a really highly rated mower that I had been searching for quite a bit. The website said the store had limited stock. I ran down to the store. Eric looked up the SKU and it appeared the mower was all sold out. Having thought I missed out on it, I turned to leave the store. Eric stopped me and offered to walk me outside to show me what mowers they had available. Lo and behold, when we got outside, there it was - the mower I was looking for. I'm not sure why it didn't show up when he searched for it in their system. However, had Eric not taken that extra step, I certainly would have missed out. It may seem like a small thing, him taking that extra step, but I was so incredibly appreciative that he did. It's hard to find that kind of customer service these days, but Home Depot has it with Eric. Give that man a raise or a bonus! Dedication like his is how you keep customers like me coming back time and again.”
