They accept appointments for services they cannot or have no intention to provide.

I actually waited at the drive through once and had the tech pull down the shade as I drove up after waiting in line for 20 minutes. I was so upset that I went in and asked for a manager and of course I got a half insincere apology., ashamed to say but I was forced to return to CVS.

I called to ask about my prescription status. They said they couldn’t give me any information Because the system was down at all Walgreens. I hung up and called the Walgreens in Gambrills and they were able to check the system and tell me the prescription status. I don’t understand why they would give me false information
