The only downfall about this location is, it is difficult to get out of the lot during traffic jam hours. So it takes a while to get out of the lot due to the incoming traffic.”

“I visit this pharmacy on a monthly basis. The service is mediocre normally however coming from being a CVS Odenton customer, Walgreens was the much better choice for the area. Today I had a very pleasant experience with Jess in the pharmacy on multiple occasions. She serviced my phone call prior to my visit in store and was very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived at the store, she was just as friendly and eager to help me. Because of her service today, I'm giving this store a 5 star review. We need more people in the customer service industry like Jess.”

Wait times can be long because of volume of customers, but almost all staff here has been exceptionally helpful (Alex, and more recently Ana were particularly helpful, both going "above and beyond") in solving problems. I have, on occasion, overheard very rude customers verbally abusing the staff, but staff members have been professional and helpful regardless of customer behavior.”
