I visited this location for a passport appointment. The staff was very helpful and Brittany, who assisted me, was very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout, making it an easy process!

We arrived at 1:20pm for my daughter's passport appointment at 1:30pm. The appointment didn't start until 1:59pm, first because the employee was having lunch and then because there was a 1:15pm appointment. The employee was very nice and everything worked out fine after the appointment started.
