He Stayed In That Store With Me Until Everything Was Excecuted. Most Importantly I Wanted My Notes To Transfer Over And He Tried Everything He Could. Notepad Didn't Transfer Over At The Store. “I went to this Verizon store today because I could not make it work while trying to switch from physical SIM to eSIM myself for two days. There was a short wait, then Israr fixed the problem and completed the switch for me patiently. He said I should have gone to the store for this kind of change. I don’t think it was too difficult for him to fix it. But it was a big relief for me. Now I can use one SIM domestically, the other for foreign travels. Very happy!”

We walked in the store on a Thursday evening and talked to Thomas and Amon for about an hour. They let us ask every question under the sun with great patience and kindness. When we needed to think it over, they gave us their card and said they'd be happy to help us when we made our decision. We never once felt forced or pushed one way or another. We took 3 days to think it over and decided to upgrade to the s23+ and when we came back Thomas greeted us with the same care as before.
