A little run down parking confusing & staff could use some Training!

Paid a pretty penny for a stay while major renovations were happening. Would have been nice to know before but the location suited our needs.

The front desk is unresponsive to requests, I.e. towels, toilet paper.and act as if you are inconveniencing them. The receptacles are not secure. Rooms are supposed to be smoke free but obviously have a smoke scent. The small refrigerator wobbles and the door is not secure. The refrigerator freezer does not work.
