Amazing candles!Edit: Still 5 stars! I’ve purchased just about ever scent at this point and now have a few favorites: lemon & lavender, sea salt orchid, teakwood & mahogany, and botanical garden. I just purchased the Candle of the Month for the first time and I’m excited to try it! These are the only candles I buy anymore. Plus I’ve been using the empty apothecary jars to propagate my plant cuttings once I’ve used the candle up.”

“This store is more than the sum of its parts. I went in today, not needing anything in particular. I ended up having a nourishing conversation and leaving with some Dream Lion incense. I almost second-guessed myself on the incense, because it was a little pricey, but I'm home in my study with some lit now and I think it's the best I've ever bought, its transcendentally good and it gives me faith in the quality of Tortuga's stock list in general!”

“Just had one of the best shopping experiences in a long time. We visited all the flooring suppliers and Floor & Decor had the best options and inventory. We found exactly what we wanted at the price point we wanted. They had more expensive options and less expensive options, so anyone looking should be able to find flooring that meets their budget. The employees were all friendly and helpful. The store was clean, stocked, welcoming. They offered to hold our purchase (20+ cartons of materials) until we could pick it up and when we picked it up they loaded it for us. Top notch place.”

“This is a wonderful small shop with all kinds of unique treasures. Some of the pieces are very old and delicate and some are replicas, but all the labels are very detailed. “Here's the thing about the Parkville Gabe's: The prices are great if you can find the item you're looking for and it has a price tag on it, it's just the store space is too small for the amount of inventory they have, so it's hard to navigate, and it feels crowded. The staff is helpful, but there's got to be a better strategy for getting price tags on items. A little more messy than the Ross's a few doors down, but the prices seems significantly better.”
