“The person I spoke to was Very Nice, She was waiting for an appointment to show... But then I walked in.. She Stopped what she was doing and showed me Around, Very PLEASANT Woman. She Was Very Detailed Oriented, about Other add on Amenities Fees, Even if you Do Not Use them, Like their wifi, Children's Play Ground, A Dog park. Water & Trash waste, I believe it is a $60.00? Add on to Each Apartment, plus your own BGE.”
“I've been moved in for 5 days and I love it! The townhomes are very spacious, clean, respectful, and quiet. The neighbors are very nice and the staff at the leasing office are very nice and helpful as well. Maintenance are fast, respectful, and on call whenever you need them. I give this place a 10/10!”

“So far so good!!! I could have give this a 5 star. I been living hear for six months now. The only problem is when people smoke in the hallway or in there place, the smell gets in my apartment and I dont like it bec there times my daughter come visit me. The smell will get on her or we inhale it and im not a smoker at all. It can be frustrated at times.”

“Just had an amazing tour with Rocky and we can’t wait to make Tindeco our new home! The apartments were beautiful and spacious with great views. The building is located in a super walkable neighborhood with the marina, stores, restaurants and parks nearby. Touring with Rocky was exceptional. She took her time with us and she was personable, informative and friendly which made us feel right at home. We also got to meet a few tenants and they told us how much they loved living there. “I’m just moved in here.. the service was amazing, I’m very thankful to jewel. I got approved very fast and she was very amazing and helpful throughout the process. The townhouse was beautiful, and very clean. The kitchen is beautiful, even tho it’s on the smaller side but I still get all the functionality I need. The rooms and bathroom were very spacious, and the open floor plan is beautiful. the floors were in amazing condition, and the carpet. I would recommend people to move in here!!”

“For all the things negative I can say there are many positives that need to be highlighted. I had some plumbing issues this morning and I understand how frustrating that can be . Instead of the leasing office being flustered the leasing office Mr.Vaughn and the maintenance team - Rony and Matthew came and immediately handled my situation with care. They had to call a plumber but even the plumber was very nice as well.”

“I had the opportunity to tour 2 very well maintained, and very clean apartments (1 in each building). I really love the idea of tenants having a key fob, for security to enter the building. I also liked that the laundry areas were clean, but I think that it could be a little bigger given the amount of tenants in the building. The employees in the leasing office were very busy, but helpful. I also like the amount of space that the apartments have to offer. The only downside to Wellesley House for me is, there should be more renovations to the kitchens and bathrooms.”
“First and foremost you would like to thank Ms Alberta she’s do kind and patient and friendly would made me recognize her is on my move in date I was running late and she waited til I got there and even when I got there she greeted me with a warm smile. It was funny I called and said Gm and her exact words were Gm Tony ??? thank you ms Alberta for all you did for me”
“Overall for me, it had been peaceful and relaxing. Maintenance is a little slow and ready for quick fixes but overall ok. Laundry areas could use updating. The office staff has been amazing so far.”
“My partner and I loved living at HH! Aneesa and Tristan are so great to work with and more organized than the first property managers I worked with when we moved in last year. Truly, it was a change we noticed when management switched. Aneesa and Tristan are attentive and answered any questions we had as quick as they could, and try to help out as best they can. Also, the appliances were great and we loved how big the bathtubs were + water pressure is good too. Washer and dryer in unit was also great.
We had some issues with our packages getting stolen but the leasing team was on it right away and handled the matter very professionally, which we were very appreciative of, and took it into their own hands to make sure the packages were placed in a locked room only residents had access to before they closed each night.”
“From start till now I must say I haven’t had any issues everything in my apartment was new and clean bug and rodent free and Dominique and the other young lady in the office helped me and explained everything step by step the outside of the building didn’t seem appealing at first but the inside of my apartment changed my mind I’m satisfied”

“Wow, I just love it at Morgan View so much! The location is amazing, all of the people who work are amazing, and the units are amazing. Whenever I have a problem, maintenance is always so quick in helping me out. 10/10 would recommend!!!!”
“My boyfriend and I were literally facing homelessness with our 2 year old daughter due to a different leasing office screwing us over out of our move in date. However , when we found kings mill apartments they took us in with open arms and got us approved & moved in the same day! I can’t show my appreciation enough for this place. When we moved in we noticed a few minor things that needed to be repaired. Maintenance came out the same day and repaired everything!
I seen a TON of reviews saying they’re infested with mice & roaches so we were super nervous upon what we were getting ourselves into but we haven’t even seen a fly yet . Don’t let the bad reviews scare you away from giving them a shot. Our neighbors are friendly and the office staff is super helpful !

He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained what needed to be done clearly. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since.
