My heat was off due to a thermostat battery issue. Maintenance came and replaced batteries within 30 minutes of my emergency call.In 5 minutes my heat was on again. In 15 minutes I'm toasty again! Quality customer service always received from Taylor Park Apartments. Thanks everyone!

ive been having to request for maintenance since we first moved in on July 31st. This is ridiculous, now i keep having to request maintenance for the dishwasher. something has to give because we shouldn't be getting charged all this money for rent when we have appliances that won't even be fixed.
