They have never failed to give me an easy solution and to find a way to meet my needs, which I greatly appreciate. I don’t ever feel that they are there just to get the job done quickly or to make money. After many good visits, Jason specifically helped me today as well and really had my best interest at heart. “I've been here a few times now and the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. I had some packages to send off and I couldn't find a box for one of them. He was kind in offering to leave the box with him and he would take care of it for me. I even got a shipping notification later that evening. The "more" part of the store is accurate as aside from mailboxes and shipping items, you can play the lottery, use the computer, purchase snacks, greeting cards, and other random retail items.”

This lady in there was very professional and extremely helpful. Willing to do anything to make this happen. She said use your own computer to save some money and asked me to email the photos to her so she can edit them to save time whiles she was helping other customers at the same time. “If you have read some of the reviews most of them have to do with needing to pay for tape to seal up a box. People - YOU HAVE TO FULLY SEAL YOUR BOX OR BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR TAPE. If you want free tape, go to the USPS. This is not bad service - it’s a policy. Save us all some time, buy some tape, and come prepared.”
