“Friendly, honest people that actually have the customer’s best interest in mind. The receptionist was lovely, and the guy who did our inspection (on a very old car that we knew was in rough shape and had low expectations going in) was as honest and straightforward as they come. We asked for an oil change and repairs estimate to get it to pass, but they called us up to tell us that the problems were worse than we thought and the repairs would be beyond the value of the car so they wanted to check with us before proceeding with the oil change so as not to waste our money in case we decided it wasn’t worth it to us to fix it up. They didn’t have to do that, but it was really thoughtful and we did in fact decline the oil change and we went right out that day and bought a new vehicle. We were way overdue anyway, this was just the final push we needed to go through with it. Anything we need in the future we’ll be coming to them for sure, but if you’re wondering if you should trust them, DO IT.
PS - the previous owner did the horrible “repairs” I swear it wasn’t us, we just purchased REALLY rushed and carelessly a couple years ago and noticed everything after it was too late lol.”

“I have tried 4 different auto shops over my 8yrs in the area and Schnauble is by far the best of the best! Very professional, easy to schedule repairs, super honest and actually showed me what the issue with my tires was, then told me where to get the parts needed for them to address the issue. Honesty is rare in this industry anymore, plus they reached out via text to make sure everything was ok after driving the vehicle a few days, unlike everywhere else who just email and text constantly to give them a review. They never asked me to do anything for them, I cannot recommend them enough!”

They quickly had my car diagnosed for me with a quote. They are friendly, honest, and seem to really care about their customers. Though the repair didn’t go exactly as planned, Curtis and Ick kept me informed on what was going on with my car and informed on the timeline for getting the car back.
