“Called to set up a vehicle inspection. They gave me the day I wanted which was a Friday and told me it would be done on that day. I got a call at about 1pm Friday telling me it was done and it had passed. (wasn't expecting that part) That told me they had integrity so I asked if they would change the oil and filter in my other vehicle. Said they could have it done Saturday morning and did. Happy customer!”

“I had my car at another shop (hit a deer) and they were unable to find a rental car for me over the holiday weekend. My insurance company hooked me up with Hertz rental at this location and actually booked me a rental but the Hertz location there was closed. The very nice gentleman that I spoke to at the collision center (Tom, or John, not sure which) took the time out of his day to locate a rental car for me, and I wasn't even his customer. I can't vouch for their repairs but if they give that kind of service to a total stranger over the phone, they are #1 in my book for customer service! Thank you thank you! You saved my Thanksgiving!”

So I called Herman Johnston (commercial sales manager and friend )and asked him if he could order a new 2500 HD And have it delivered before the end of the business year. He did not disappoint. He got me the truck by the end of November.It had everything that I ordered . Herman had Randy detail the truck so that it was perfect for me. And I just want to say that it's refreshing to be able to come back to this dealership time and time again.And get this level of customer care and support. I feel like family Scott even came over and shook my hand and thanked me for purchasing a vehicle.”
