“Earlier this month I brought my 2008 four runner in for a tire sensor light being on! They looked at all of them and reset them.
Say on the way to Fredrick the light came back on. I took. It back and made another appointment for Thursday. The owner quoted me a price and a very young mechanic came out and showed be which ones needed to be replaced . The owner kept coming it and apologizing for how long it was taking . Yes it took a couple hours but the light is out and we drove to Myrtle Beach with no issues !
I will taking all of our vehicles to Mt Airy Motors! Everyone I dealt with nice and very kind especially the owner.

“I have been having issues with my transmission so I reached out to the owner and was able to get my car in and checked out the same day. The technicians and office staff have been awesome. Rather than throwing money and parts at it hoping to get lucky, they have been working with me to ensure we properly diagnose the issue and explaining everything to me each step of the way. I like to wrench on my own vehicles but I know my limits and will be coming back here when repairs are above my pay grade.”
“I was told I needed new tires on my Convertible Mini Cooper, by a tire store in Frederick, Md.
One day as I was putting the top up on my convertible, the plastic cover just fell off of and left all of the instrumentation exposed. I called my body shop to see if they could fix it, but they informed me that they could not and suggested I go next-door to Churchhill Auto Care. I called them and they made room for me immediately.
The part to replace the cover over the instrumentation panel would have cost me $700 not including the repair costs. However, there was a young man there who specialized in Mini Coopers and he repaired the plastic cover at very little cost to me.
Back to the tires, when I was there, I realize that they did multiple things. I asked Brandy if they could take a look at my tires. Immediately a young man began to look up different kinds of tires for my particular Mini Cooper. Then he went outside and took a look at the Mini Cooper tires, because I had bought the car used, but it only had 20,000 miles on it. It didn’t seem that that average 60,000 miles for tires was anywhere near being reached. Apparently, the dealer in Virginia, where I bought my car had switched the tires before they sold it to me. The thread was thin on two of the tires, but not bad at all on the other two.
Sadly, the mechanics I had been going to had put the two bad tires on the same side of the car. Although I had paid for having my tires balanced, apparently they don’t realize that the car is front wheel drive and that the good tires should always be on the front of the car.
Instead of having to buy four tires like the tire store guy had told me I needed. Churchhill told me I only needed two tires and they should both go on the front of the car.
Instead of paying nearly $1300 for all new tires at the tire store, I only paid $600 at Churchhill for two tires.
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate having an honest dealer to work with.
They are my new go to place! I highly recommend them to anyone in the Frederick area!”

“I cannot recommend Mt. Airy Service Center enough!! Our 2017 Chevy had a few warnings pop up a few days before traveling. Admittedly Mt. Airy Service Center was not my first call… I called 2 dealerships, one with appointments booking over a week out, another didn’t pick up the phone. Third times the charm - I called the Mt Airy service center and spoke with Matt. He immediately got us in for an appointment, walked me through estimated costs and explained all recommended repairs without being pushy or trying to sell extra services. Knowing my husband is handy he offered suggestions for a few minor maintenances we could do on our own to save costs. I felt like they were genuine people who cared about getting you safely on the road versus just trying to make a buck. My car was repaired within 24 hours and back on the road thanks to these guys! Next time you need service or repairs, consider the smaller business, like Mt. Airy service center!!!”
“Took my 2014 escape in to get serviced and they did a great job! Only downside was it took a while to get done but wasn't their faults, a lot of the parts were hard to find and a lot of work needed to be done. All in all would recommend them to anyone inf Frederick!”

Also replaced a front tractor tire and tube a few years ago. Today installed 255/40R21 tires on my new EV6 GT. Both jobs were done right the first time without a long wait and at very reasonable rates. Kudos!”

“Purchased a use RV in New York state and needed a Maryland safety inspection to register it. Tommy got us in quickly. He found some items that needed repaired so we could pass the inspection. After checking the quote, we had Tommy do the repairs. Even in the busy winterizing season, Tommy had the repairs done in a couple weeks. Prices are good and so is the work. FYI... don't be scared of the "Guard Pig"!”

I went to Advanced to have my brake pads done. Again, they out did themselves with hospitality, cost and a great job. Do yourself a favor go see them, they are fair and do t do any of that sales pitch to buy what you don’t need yet. They will let you know if they see anything so you can be prepared for the future which is always a good thing for me. Five star rating in my experience.”
