“On the recommendation of several neighbors on FB, I took my cars to Pete's* for oil change and tire rotation (the latter of which was included in the price of the oil change), and again for state inspection. Speaking frankly, if your needs or expectations are of a place with amenities (nicely appointed waiting room, quick turnaround, etc.), this isn't the place for you. Pete's is a run down, shabby, dirty, one-man, roadside garage. The good news, though--Pete seems to be a very nice, honest, hardworking guy who will treat you and your car right. My initial impression is that he is a reputable, trustworthy mechanic whose prices are more than fair. And isn't that what's most important? NOTE: The name of the business is Pete's Automotive Clinic dba Jake's. Jake was the former owner.”

We were traveling through Frederick, so while our car was being fixed, we toured Historic Frederick downtown (only a mile away). They did a great job and Jim was very informative. “If I could rate Auto Enhancements 6 Stars I def would! I've been getting oil changes, tires, brakes & all maintenance completed by their shop team for the last 22 years, and they have worked on 4 of my cars, all different makes except for my Lexus & Toyota. Even when I dated a mechanic, I still brought my vehicles to this shop! When the Turbo blew out on my AWD Eagle Talon, they rebuilt it and did an immaculate job. When the frame rusted, they gently nudged me to get a newer vehicle for my own safety. I feel safe in my vehicles knowing that all work done on them is to the highest standards, by experienced mechanics. Other shops I've called in a pinch have said they are too busy to help me, which sucks when your car isn't working! Auto Enhancements' team will get you a ride when necessary because they understand you have other responsibilities while your vehicle is with them for service & they will not leave you stranded on a weekday! Do not hesitate to contact them for an honest assessment & estimate for any of your vehicle repair needs. You can also ask about specials, because generally there is at least 1 to select when you are getting other maintenance done anyway. Highly recommend, their customer service is straightforward and professional always. I cannot thank their team enough for the consistent service and value they provide to me as a longtime customer. “When Safelite couldn’t get our back glass replaced for weeks, we put in a call to Auto Glass Experts and they were out the next morning to replace out completely shattered windshield. Came to our home and completed the work very quickly. The gentleman who completed the repair was friendly and knowledgeable. He even helped me get our two car seats that were covered in glass out of the vehicle (that are a bear to remove) and he took the time to vacuum and clean up as much as possible. We have used Safelite multiple times for replacement and repairs, but never again. A great experience with this company and highly recommend them!”
