“Upon entering the store my daughter and I walked toward the salesperson sitting at the front desk who was on the phone so we paused and waited to be acknowledged. Which didn’t take long however the salesperson did appear to be annoyed. Being the professional and polite customer that I am I ignored the attitude and proceeded to state why I was there. After a very short while, she self corrected her attitude and became the most helpful patient person who was very knowledgeable about their product. After trying out a few mattresses (and a couple of hours later) I got financing for the Tempur-Pedic hybrid mattress and power base and was on my way. I’m so excited and am looking forward to a better sleep experience. Also, I would definitely recommend this location. Btw, I took away one star for the initial display of attitude.”

“We had a great no pressure shopping experience at Matress Firm White Oak with Zeeshan. There was a great selection of mattresses on sale and at various price points and different delivery options. Despite the name Matress Firm they do have soft and medium firmness mattresses too. It was really one of the best mattress shopping experiences I’ve had. I would definitely return to Mattress Firm. “This is my second time purchasing a mattress from them and honestly I am happy again with the purchase. They have great customer service and they try to please you in whatever way and they work with you if any issues come up. This time however, I did the delivery option and it was great. “The furniture was amzing, Ive never been to a furniture store like this, and as the staff were amazing they helped us look around and gave us some suggestions on some stuff. The kids loved it! They did not bother us since they were distracted by the food. They had ice cream, candy ,cookies, coffe and water all for free. And the furniture looked great the prices were cheap they didnt do a discount but other than that the it was good.”

I didn't fall in love with the pillows--if there were a softness between soft and medium-soft I think I'd be sold--but the cooling technology in the snow pillow was amazing. That pillow is literally cold! Go for Jeffrey, stay for a cool pillow and soft bed. The shop is very visually pleasing and cozy.”

“I love the large variety of colorful and types of furniture at Regency . I have purchase, chairs, sofas , tables and dinette set over the years. It's a store that you know you will find what you need. It's a very comfortable atmosphere where the approach the sales use is different from other furniture stores I have visited; they greet you, introduce themselves , give you a chance to look around by yourself, checking in occasionally to see if I had questions. A couple other stores I visited I felt like running away due to the feeling of being pounced upon by a couple of sales people wanting to make a deal. Some walk with you the whole time not giving you time to browse and think.Regency's sales people are very knowledgeable about the furniture but don't hesitate to admit their uncertainty about items and go look them up.I was very pleased with my sales person. As well as the female who was extremely helpful in the office area (Nina, or Lena) who tried many ways to solve the problemof the delivery of the item I actually purchased instead of the one which was delivered. Lena is definitely managementmaterial!! She works extremely long hours!An asset to the company. She deserves a raise!!!”
