“One of the best Enterprise locations I've used in Maryland, I was greeted with a smile, always treated with respect, professionalism, and friendly service. Noel was always helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which is why I returned to this location for a rental on this family vacation. She generally had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Noel also did everything she could to find the right size vehicle for my family and I to ride comfortable in on this 8 hr road trip! “This review is a long time coming. I have been so busy and have also had a few health issues. I rented a car from your 10th St. NE location in DC. There was a second attempt on the theft of my car within 3 months. The customer service that I received was on point. The date I needed for my car pickup was appreciated and the level of professionalism at this location was beyond great!!!! I was so excited to see Lauryn Hillard at this location. She was so helpful to me the last time I went through this ordeal. At that time, she was located at your Takoma Park location. Lauryn is amazing. She is customer service oriented, very professional, kind, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to be helpful. All of the employees I interacted with, from the young lady who handled my reimbursement that I received almost immediately, she's super awesome. The young man who escorted me to my car -- everyone was amazing. I am a senior and walk with a cane. They were so kind and compassionate and helpful to this senior lady. I’ve dealt with a lot of car rental companies over the years but never one that has been so professional or considerate as this one! I was in a situation where I needed a black truck for my fathers funeral service and first & foremost Rowe and Presley took great empathy to the reason I needed it then work quickly to find not only a beautiful 2022 Chevy Tahoe but at a great rate ! They consistently checked on me throughout my time of me using the vehicle to simply let me know they were around if I needed any assistance! The vehicle was clean, convenient and stylish for my use! Customer service was excellent from start to finish and I will ONLY be using them for my rentals throughout the DMV from here on out! “I’m not big on reviews but this one was worth it. The process was painless and quick. I had called several times just to make sure the answers and prices did not change and they didn’t. When I arrived, the owner Charles assisted me and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed or pressured. The environment was comfortable and I walked away with a car I didn’t think I would qualify for. Needless to say, they worked with me and gave me a lot of knowledge and blessing at the same time. Don’t waste time y’all, they about they business there! The owner there has been in business for over 20 years and when I saw him, it hit me, I brought my first car from him at 23 and now I’m 38 lmbo…won’t he do it!!
