Which ever lady attended my call in regards to a lost item, needs to learn customer service. Very rude on the phone for an item that belongs to me. Staff is all young that does not know the meaning of respect.

We had to rent a car last minute due to car trouble before leaving town. Online rental process was smooth. Both the associate when I picked up the car and the associate when I returned it were friendly and professional. I also received a call the second day into the rental to see if every was to my satisfaction.

The car they give smells a dog the clean is not really good they charge me for a corolla size and give me a small car and didn't give any discount for .
