“I wanted to share my experience with the Enterprise location in Camp Springs, Maryland, off Auth Road. I recently had a business trip and chose this location because it was convenient, and I’m happy to report I had a wonderful experience.
The entire process was incredibly easy and efficient—I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off the lot. I did pre-register everything online, but my representative, Aaliyah, was fantastic. She was very sweet, friendly, and made sure I had all the information I needed, answering every question I had.
I will definitely be returning to this Enterprise for all my future car rental needs. Aaliyah even mentioned that Enterprise sells premium vehicles, which is great to know as I’m currently in the market for a new car and exploring my options.
Overall, the service was wonderful, and I highly recommend this location. I will most definitely rent a vehicle here again.”

“Enterprise rental has been my go-to for vehicle rentals for a while now but this was my first experience with this location. I have always been pleased with every aspect of the rental experience with Enterprise, and I am happy to report that the Silver Spring location is on point! The people are the best part- knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful! The cars have always been great too! I highly recommend Enterprise in general, and the Silver Spring location in particular for a spectacular rental experience!

They ensured that I was picked up from the Honda dealership where my car was having work done. I selected the 2025 Hyundai Sonata. The car was clean, drove well, and didn’t have any issues. I would recommend this location if you need a rental vehicle.”

“This is in response to Pierre. In all honesty my brother will not respond to your BS because he is a Christian. It must really bother you that he pays you no mind because you simple will not stop. I on the other hand... God is still working on me (lol). On behalf of my family, please go find something else to do with your time. Surprisingly you failed to mention that you were fired from the company over 5 years ago due to stealing and making unwanted advances toward women. As a matter of fact, women did not like coming to the office (myself included) when you were there because you are creepy. You are obsessed with my brother and should seek counseling. It is pathetic that a person of your age (I refuse to call you a man because you act like a child) has nothing better to do with his life than stalk my family.”

“Most people writing reviews for car rental are doing so because they are unhappy. This review is the opposite. My wife and I are moving across the country to California after 20yrs in DC. While most of our stuff is going via movers, we are driving because of our two large dogs. I desperately wanted a Suburban because it offers the largest trunk space in its class - something which the dogs need for long days on the road. Finding a one-way Suburban rental from DC to San Fran is impossible online, especially around the inauguration. I decided to call around, and after trying a dozen places, I finally talked to Aman at this Avis location (side note - they're not great at picking up the phone when they're busy, but keep trying and you'll get through). He was awesome - we discussed in detail what I needed, told me he would try and find me a Suburban... and a few days later, I got back in touch and he delivered. I got the Suburban earlier than expected (which was great for packing) and he gave me a great deal on it. Knowing that we had the right vehicle to make this journey took at least one major element of stress off the table - and we have Aman to thank for it.”

I’ve dealt with a lot of car rental companies over the years but never one that has been so professional or considerate as this one! I was in a situation where I needed a black truck for my fathers funeral service and first & foremost Rowe and Presley took great empathy to the reason I needed it then work quickly to find not only a beautiful 2022 Chevy Tahoe but at a great rate ! They consistently checked on me throughout my time of me using the vehicle to simply let me know they were around if I needed any assistance! The vehicle was clean, convenient and stylish for my use! Customer service was excellent from start to finish and I will ONLY be using them for my rentals throughout the DMV from here on out! Thanks Guys again, this truly made a difficult day much better for me and my family !”

In what can only be described as sub-par working conditions at that location, due to inoperable air conditioning in 90+ degree daily temperatures, she was an absolute pleasure and had a smile at all times. “I have been coming to the for a few months now. I first came to them right after my son died to get a car to attend his funeral. The person that worked with me was very patient and kind and understood my situation offered his condolences. The only complaint that I have is there sometimes the wait time is can be long. But all in all, I would highly recommend them and we’ll continue to use them.”
