This is by far the worst branch I’ve ever worked with.Every time I want to withdraw my money from my business account it’s always a damn excuseThe only person who makes my life so difficult in this bank is an Indian lady called Achuta Vakkalanka.I’m having serious issues with this lady all the time to a point that I’m probably moving my business account and my personal account and my credit account to another bank.This has gone beyond my patience limit and it either they are willing to keep losing clients because of this lady or they just remove it from the bank.

I just left. Three employees and 7 customers in lobby waiting. OMG! I waited 10 mins. Nothing changed.

They are so friendly! Lilly helped so much and explained everything so easily. As a new client I can tell they are very reliable and caring to there customers I love this location!

I called ahead and made an appointment. They still had me wait for over half an hour. I’m giving stars for the good service once I was seen. The banker albina was very good. Truist needs to handle the staffing problems at this bank. They’re so severely understaffed it’s creating a negative experience.

Small Buiness - They block my card, don't bother telling me they are doing this & dont bother to tell me why. Now I can't get a person on the phone. I am leaving this bank. They are just not customer friendly in any shape or form.

I went to deposit a check, someone took it in a locked room and did not come out for 20 minutes. Was late to work because of this.

This bank is criminal. They debited $1200 from out business account without any explanation. I've talked to 7 different customer service reps (hours of my life gone) and they all keep telling me they will look into it, or point me to the issuing bank. The issuing bank confirmed that they never authorized a reversal. It has been weeks of frustration, and Suntrust has no idea what they did with the $1200 they helped themselves to from our account, while we are a struggling business during a pandemic. I am still waiting for an answer. This is absolutely criminal.

Service is awful. The employees including the manager are rude, not welcoming at all and will simply ignore and keep you waiting.
