They are so friendly! Lilly helped so much and explained everything so easily. As a new client I can tell they are very reliable and caring to there customers I love this location!

I called ahead and made an appointment. They still had me wait for over half an hour. I’m giving stars for the good service once I was seen. The banker albina was very good. Truist needs to handle the staffing problems at this bank. They’re so severely understaffed it’s creating a negative experience.

Small Buiness - They block my card, don't bother telling me they are doing this & dont bother to tell me why. Now I can't get a person on the phone. I am leaving this bank. They are just not customer friendly in any shape or form.
