“The UPS Store in London turned my “how on earth do I ship electronics to NYC?” panic into a smooth, smile-filled experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful—though I’ll admit their charming British accents briefly made me wonder if I was in a high-end period drama about parcel delivery. They handled my shipment like it was the crown jewels, packing everything securely and walking me through the process with patience (and tea-worthy politeness). Prices were fair, service was quick, and I left grinning. If you ever need to ship something overseas from London, these folks will treat your package—and you—right. Brilliant!”

“I have been here countless times and never met an unfriendly employee. Very helpful, the line can get a bit long but they are always staffed well from what I can tell and get through it pretty quickly.
May I suggest having a dedicated individual for printing services and one for shipping services? Not sure if corporate allows it but it would perhaps streamline things for everyone.”
“I went to this particular UPS store on Monday and encountered 2 employees, Spencer and Zaheer! They were so knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and friendly. I had a lovely experience and have decided to use this particular UPS store over the one that is closest to my home. I hope that these 2 young men will be at work when I need to use their services!”
“This place is awesome. Friendly and helpful. Will take your package and make sure you get the best rate for shipping. Nice store, lots of variety. If you're shipping for Christmas, they even have a deadline schedule you can take with you. Kudos to a great owner and staff.”

“I've been here a few times now and the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. I had some packages to send off and I couldn't find a box for one of them. He was kind in offering to leave the box with him and he would take care of it for me. I even got a shipping notification later that evening. The "more" part of the store is accurate as aside from mailboxes and shipping items, you can play the lottery, use the computer, purchase snacks, greeting cards, and other random retail items.”

I came close to their closing time and they were well within their rights to rush things or ask me to come by another day, but they took care of my printing job with a smile and stayed a little past their regular closing time for me. Given the timeliness of this order, he provided recommendations and completed my order within 15 minutes. I was so impressed by his service! Give him a raise! “Every time I've been in here, the staff have been super helpful! One time, they couldn't ship my package due to the label being a problem (not their issue - this was the retailers fault) and they were nice about helping me get my package back to my car and taping it up.”
“I came here for an amazon drop off. It’s my first time but wow, the amount of people that were in line? I don’t know how you guys handle it. After about 15 mins mainly cause one customer didn’t have their code, didn’t know which code was for what, she had maybe 19 items… i mean i can keep going. But the young lady was patient! When I reached the counter, which felt like eternity, I gave her my return. All I saw was piles of boxes, she said it was all from morning to then, to 2pm. There was trash can full of amazon bags, amazon boxes everywhere from all the returns, and you telling me this was a free drop off? Wow! They clean up after people, sort their things, tape their packages, scan them in and it was all free! Staples is too kind.”
