E W auto shop was one of the options of where i could get my car towed to. I immediately went on google because this place is close to my job and most places around this area look shady. Im glad i looked at the reviews because it made it easy to choose this place. Everyone talked about how good Walter is and baybe they not lying. He was professional, communicated, and very polite. My day strted off hectic but they made it better and i didnt have to break my pockets??i have a mechanic but i will definitely be coming back. Thank you.”

I regularly take our family’s vehicles to the MIDAS Shop in Ellicott City (MD) for a needed oil/filter change. I do so, because each time I find the need to make an appointment, I’m appreciative and impressed with the professionalism and welcoming demeanor of the management and employees.

A shout out to store manager “Dana,” as well as “Scott,” who took my initial call, scheduled the work, and processed payment. Both are welcoming, courteous, and friendly to their customers, but then so are the remaining employees with whom I’ve interacted while one of our vehicles was being serviced.

In a recent visit, I no sooner left our Lexus SC430 off at the shop, walked to our home nearby, when I received a call from the store manager, saying the vehicle was ready. I find the staff to be honest and dependable. The level of their work is always one of quality, and the work performed is done in a timely manner.

Given the seemingly poor performance of many companies today, it is a unique pleasure to do business with an auto service company that looks out for your vehicle and your best interest, a company that, in my view, has been unfailingly reliable, prompt, and fair.

These are great people, and I highly recommend Ellicott City MIDAS to anyone looking for excellent service, fairness, and efficiency.”

“AutoStream of Randallstown gets a Grade A+ from me. This business is not just a Vehicle but Customer Care Center as well. My experience with the staff (Honorable mentions: Stone and Russell) was phenomenal and beyond my expectations. I had a 2015 which required a torque converter... The cost to repair was expensive ( oop even with an ext warranty) ... I chose to invest in another vehicle and I went for a 2020. After the signing with the dealership, I made an appointment immediately with AutoStream to have the 2020 checked. While they were servicing the vehicle they offered me a shuttle to and from my residence. “I had 2 tires replaced here, recommended by my car mechanic who I trust very much. When I first got to the shop. I explained to the mechanic as we were walking to my car, that I had a few tire leaks and I needed them to find the faulty tires.

When I got the car back, I left the next day for a 10 hr road trip up north. Halfway during the trip, I stopped for the night to sleep. In the morning my one old tire was completely flat, sitting on the ground. I was able to get air in it and continue the trip, but I needed air every 2-3 days in that tire.

This continued for a week until I drove back home on the same tire.

When I got back to Baltimore I took my car to my mechanic who found a rip in the tire.
I called interstate to explain that I would like one of my old tires put back on and the issue resolved because I explained to the initial mechanic that there was other issues with my tires besides the tread. They said they didn’t see a note by the mechanic I spoke to. But that they would look for a tire for me. They ended up doing everything they could to get me squeezed in and to resolve the issue to the point where I didn’t have to use my spare anymore.

Exceptional service and the guys really care. As a tradesman myself, I have a lot of respect for these guys and their problem solving skills.”

“Revolution Motor Works is on a level above any other mechanic I have been to in the past. In my entire life I don't think I have encountered a company that is more concerned with providing a service then they are a profit like Revolution is. I bought my 2009 mini cooper with 38000 miles from its original owner, it ran great until I reached its current mileage of 68000. All 4 cylinders began misfiring, I lost at least 50 percent of the engines power, oil was burning away or leaking somewhere and the water pump was actively leaking coolant. I also believed I had a alignment issue which in reality was rusted and worn inner and outer tie rods. I knew the car was in very bad shape and I knew it would be expensive. These guys kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire repair process with included pictures and pricing at every step. They never made me feel like they thought I was stupid like many mechanics do, never felt pressured or upsold anything. They even cut some labor and parts cost for a small issue they found after the work was done because the issue was not found and put on the invoice with the initial findings. Yes my bill was expensive but you also get what you pay for or at least are supposed to and in this case i did. Revolution has left me in complete awe, if you have car repairs looming give Revolution Motor Works a call, you will be glad you did!
