“If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, these apartments may be for you. Ive lived here for 4 years and no one gives many any issues. Apartments are spacious and the team has been accommodating, including maintenance! It's an older community so don't be expecting the bells and whistles, but for the price and location, you can't beat Oak Grove Apartments!”

“They are great! They have made accommodations for me to transfer units due to unforeseen circumstances with my current apartment. Rosalind is great as well. Best property manager that I have worked with even though this is only my second apartment. They are quick on maintenance requests will be in to at least see what going on in the apartment in 24 hours. I’ve had to do only 2 maintenance requests for the tub and the A/C (which had frozen over due to low temperatures).. If you are looking for somewhere affordable in a decent neighborhood I would recommend the commons at whitemarsh.”
