I've taken my car to the dealer to be serviced and would be told I needed various services including some I knew Crown performed. I shared the recommendation with them and every time they would tell me my car didn't require what they were recommending at that time, and gave me a period of when I'd probably needed it.”

“This was my first time using this service station. I had a nail in my tire and needed it fixed quickly as I had a very busy day. They were able to take me right away and I had my tire fixed in 20 minutes. I was so grateful. Great service by Muhammad Musa and his mechanic that day.”

“So I was in need of a safety inspection before my court date. I had very limited time and there was a about half a dozen cars waiting for inspections. I explained my predicament and asked how late they were open… I told the owner that I would just come back later, he said not to worry and squeezed me in right away. Customer service and is on point. I will always be coming here for my vehicle needs.”

While I was waiting a mother came in and asked if her daughter could use the restroom. The gentleman behind the counter let her even though they weren't paying customers. “stopped by this Shell for the fist time to see if I could walk-in and get an emissions test. It was late in the afternoon and I wasn't sure they would have time or patience for a walk-in. Immediately I was greeted with a smile and accommodation. They asked me questions and took care of the care. The technical that brought the car out also asked me questions about the car and safety inspection, etc. just to make sure I was covered. He welcomed me to come back for any additional service. They treat customers just like a dealership would, without all the hassle and appointments of a dealership.”
“These folks are fantastic, especially Preston. In less than 5 minutes after lining up Preston walked up and ask how he could help. He went through my options for the oil change, explaining the differences and costs. He also went over the additional services that were included, vacuuming, window cleaning, topping fluids, etc. You do have the option to wait in your car but their waiting room is pretty comfortable. As we walked through the bay area Preston pointed out the location of the restrooms and what the waiting room offered, e.g. TV, wi-fi, coffee, drinks, etc.The prices are comparable to other locations but the service here is outstanding! I also didn’t think there was pressure to receive additional or unnecessary services.”

“I go to this gas station every time my car needs gasoline, because you cannot compare their prices with the others gas stations in Alexandria. I could say they always have the lowest prices in the area. If you need to save some money you need fill up your car, I highly recommend this gas station.”
“I stopped in here on a road trip. I didn’t get gas. I filled up at a different station but both of their bathrooms were out of order. That causes me to stop here. Yes, the bathrooms were clean as stated on their wall. Although I didn’t purchase gas, I spent my money on snacks and drinks.”

“Gas is usually reasonably priced. They sell snacks, drinks, tobacco, stamps and you can play the lottery. It can be very busy. Usually have one cashier. Not able to get any car repairs done at this location though. I’m a frequent customer at this gas station/convenient store.”

“Indian Head is the best. The associates there help you all the time. Joyce shows people how to order food on the machine. I’m in there everyday. Ryon knows what I order every morning. He let the others workers that fix food what I get. I come in store the others know what I get now. Shawn the manager comes and checks on you at the tables. They greet you when come in. Like how they know your name since I’m a regular. The firehouse I belong to is right across street they’re in here a lot.”
