Immediately Paul, the mechanic, noticed several major issues with the engine and air bag systems. We ended up talking with him for nearly an hour, with him giving incredibly in depth and helpful advice about what to look for in used cars, reliable brands, and brands and systems to watch out for. I decided against buying the car I brought in, and when I went to pay Paul refused, saying that he didn't have to do anything. However, Paul's advice saved me from a likely very bad purchase. “stopped by this Shell for the fist time to see if I could walk-in and get an emissions test. It was late in the afternoon and I wasn't sure they would have time or patience for a walk-in. Immediately I was greeted with a smile and accommodation. They asked me questions and took care of the care. The technical that brought the car out also asked me questions about the car and safety inspection, etc. just to make sure I was covered. He welcomed me to come back for any additional service. They treat customers just like a dealership would, without all the hassle and appointments of a dealership.”

“These folks are fantastic, especially Preston. In less than 5 minutes after lining up Preston walked up and ask how he could help. He went through my options for the oil change, explaining the differences and costs. He also went over the additional services that were included, vacuuming, window cleaning, topping fluids, etc. You do have the option to wait in your car but their waiting room is pretty comfortable. As we walked through the bay area Preston pointed out the location of the restrooms and what the waiting room offered, e.g. TV, wi-fi, coffee, drinks, etc.The prices are comparable to other locations but the service here is outstanding! I also didn’t think there was pressure to receive additional or unnecessary services.”

“me and my mom will come here for what i call 'fort belvoir fridays' it is always such a good time i get excited seeing the base (the military was tough at times but i always made it through and i definitely think it improved my life one quote that has stuck with me so much is colin powell 'No matter how hungry you all are, lieutenant, you must never appear hungry. Because if you are scared, tried, hungry and cold…. they will be scared, tired, hungry and cold." i really feel for people on that one when i was in the signal corps doing morning formations) and i have a deep appreciation for the military as well to think of soldiers standing up for the country values or the fun side too being overseas living in germany or hearing of people getting korea as their duty station i have somewhat of a understanding for the lifestyle (i sympathize when i see people who look like they are hanging on to their job and where they live or think it's cool when i see the longterm personnel who adapt to that way of living pt the unit many years of commitment and even 'indoctrination' where too mil and affiliates can solve all my problems) um one thing that'll be real cool here is when we look around we'll also see other guests and i'll be reminded of like being in tradoc and getting your civilians or nco's and being stationed somewhere else it was georgia & germany mostly for me ft meade too the cashiers here have been phenomenal with their professionalism and demeanor a guy like a statue i'll definitely daydream about stuff like the hot gas station food or when i was in the barracks so this will be a pitstop i had mused about meeting people (i am pretty anchored here and thought i could be useful but then again i am a veteran and out) but heard warnings about that or also not wanting complaints for example”

I bought a used car, called Joe at the service station there, and within 2 hours he had inspected the car, completed an oil change, got my state inspection and emissions inspections done, and pointed me in the right direction with everything else the car needs done (including some things that were optional) - all for way less than I expected to pay. Dude went out of his way to help me out and was extremely courteous. I'll be bringing my cars here forever”

“So I was in need of a safety inspection before my court date. I had very limited time and there was a about half a dozen cars waiting for inspections. I explained my predicament and asked how late they were open… I told the owner that I would just come back later, he said not to worry and squeezed me in right away. Customer service and is on point. “This wasn't the largest or nicest Sheetz but it was clean, with plenty of gas pumps, and a fast and easy to-go food order area. We got a gas, a few drinks, a flatbread to go and used the restroom. It's not super close to the interstate but it wasn't too hard to find and didn't take too long. Solid stop if you're in the Woodbridge area and passing through.”

“This service center was recommended to me since I am fairly new to the area. I have used it a few times and have been very satisfied each time . Mr. Shackleford (the owner) has always been available for consultation regarding the service needed to repair my (17 1/2 years old!) car. He has always been patient and pleasant as I described the car problem. He assigns an available date/time for the service and it has always been done when promised and the car problem is fixed. Being very close by is an added bonus for me!I hesitate to recommend this service center ONLY BECAUSE it is so popular already, the waitlist to get work done there may be even longer!!”

Everything is good except for the store size.The space for the guest is small and always crowded, and there are long lines at the counters. Although I have liked to get light meals there. But since there was another gas station built on Caton Hill Rd, I stopped by to fill the tank up because this location is safer to enter on Caton Hill Rd.”

He let the others workers that fix food what I get. I come in store the others know what I get now. Shawn the manager comes and checks on you at the tables. They greet you when come in. Like how they know your name since I’m a regular. The firehouse I belong to is right across street they’re in here a lot.”
