“We have been shopping for recliners and stopped in Lazboy to “browse”. Jason welcomed us and told us to look around and let him know if we had questions. We found the Aries recliner and had a few questions. Jason promptly came and answered other. We then found a love seat and 2 accent chairs. Jason assisted us with color coordination and explaining the features. He was the perfect salesman. He was not pushy. He allowed us to take our time. He was great at pulling swatches that would blend with our ideas. Very friendly. Very helpful. Great to work with. I appreciated his sales manner, helpful, there when we needed him, never pushy. “Top Tier customer service I was really blown away at the service I received. Not gonna lie it’s been a long time since I came across anyone that actually cares and in general and have a love for what they do. Joe was so attentive patient and kind. That once I called around for quotes I was drawn back to him. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond with even sending me pics and text messages before I even made it out to the house warehouse. Once I arrived he had things out for me to test and see if that’s what I really wanted. That’s not the kicker I made a purchase got to my salon had an issue, I called Joe he personally came out and fixed (swamped) things out without any pushback or anything. I highly recommend using this company. I’m still talking about the service I received and it’s been almost a week! I appreciate great business and kind souls. Joe you’re amazing stay BLESSED. “Bought a very firm mattress and 2 end tables. I needed taller end tables since new mattresses are very thick. The sales woman was excellent and helpful. The only concern I have is Gavigans does NOT take away the old mattress. You need to get a third party involved and pay them. Now the man who took away my old mattress was strong, did a great job and his cost was fair. BUT STILL!!”
