“Morgan was wonderful to deal with, as was the woman manager who was on duty daytime November 17 (sorry I didn't get her name). Unfortunately, we checked reviews for the manufacturer and decided not to go with the sofa, although we love it. Morgan had spent so much time with us, we felt guilty having to cancel the sale. She and the manager couldn't have been more pleasant and gracious and understanding; no trying to convince us to change our mind, nor no negative attitudes! We will definitely consider this store when we decide to purchase other furniture. (5 Stars for store and personnel; took off 1 star for manufacturer.)”

“I would like to say "Thank you" to KIELA who was so very friendly and tried to help me find a product. I was looking for a specific item and I saw her coming out of a door in the area where I thought I would find my item. I stopped her and told her I could not find this item and she said she had not punched in yet but would be happy to try and help me find my item. I was so impressed I had to take a picture of her name tag since I did not want to forget her name and how to spell it correctly. She did not stop looking until she found where the was located. She actually stopped another worker who looked the product name up and told us exactly where to go. Everyone always likes to complain but never like to acknowledge when someone does their very best so I would like to let Target know that I really appreciated her going over and above to help me. “Visited Value City Furniture in Glen Burnie today to buy a living room set, and utilized Acceptance Now for our financing. Melissa assisted us and went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted. Our financing was approved for $2100, and the set we wanted with delivery and protection came up as $2169. Because it was $69 over, we weren’t going to be able to get everything we wanted, because you can’t pay cash towards the ticket total (crazy I know). Our sales associate with the furniture store was eye rolling and not trying to do anything to get us the set we wanted. Melissa talked to management a few times to negotiate a price that would allow us to utilize their financing. Overall great experience with Acceptance One, not so much Value City Furniture.”
