Al Jackson was so kind to me. He took time in explaining many aspects of my phone to me. Was patient and exemplifies what Verizon should be all the time. I have not had this experience in other stores especially the corporate stores .

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The staff immediately greeted me when I entered the store. The person that assisted me Al Jackson was incredible. He was patient and very informative. He made sure I understood the whole process. I left feeling very good about my purchases. Kudos!
