“Shopping here was enjoyable, and it was heartening to see the number of shoppers increase in these locations, and in other communities.Despite what certain media outlets would have you believe. People who live in these areas are hardworking and have disposable income. No, not all businesses in these neighborhoods have security guards at the gates.I've been a Shoppers' customer for a long time, and I suddenly ran across this one when I missed my turn. The store is well-kept, has a great selection of goods, helpful employees, a simple checkout process, and, in my opinion, the best bakery in town among several other grocery stores.”

“Glut is great! Glut is the best place to buy organic foods, or bulk items when you only need a little of something. I bought some rice for an essential oil aromatherapy bag I needed to fill. I had the bag and oils at home, but no rice. I also bought whole wheat flour to make dog biscuits. I had white, cake, and self rising flour, but no whole wheat. I got what I needed without buying products that would go to waste. I love the vibe of this Co-op. The employees are great. Too bad my school in nearby Riverdale is being demolished and I have been relocated to Landover. I guess I will be by on Saturdays now until my school is rebuilt.”

“Aldi's is a really unique place to shop. If you're a brand snob, you won't likely be happy. If you like quality foods at a decent price, you will be. Fresh vegetables and fruits. A special highlight on ready made meals you can cook quick. It's niche, but I love it. Bring a quarter or you can't use a cart. ( That part is weird in an age where no one carries coins). You will more than likely still want to go to the grocery store that week for specific stuff, but you won't have to. Give it a try. You won't regret it.”
