“So this is my favorite Dollar Tree in the area, they are usually always fully stocked. Lately the lines have been extremely long could be staffing issues. But the only reason I am writing a review is because of Tamika. If you go there in the morning you will be greeted by her warmth and care. Even though the line was long this morning, once I realized she was the cashier, my attitude subsided ?. She always takes care of the customer, she should teach classes about customer service”

“Paid a visit to this location on tonight, I must say I was super impressed. The store was clean, well stocked, brightness and the employees were very pleasant and approachable. Other locations need to take note. This will be my new locations for sure.KUDOS to the manager and staff”

“Full transparency ... this location is better than the one in Suitland. Great customer service speaks volumes in a world where the average consumer is, more often than not, spending their money online, then in a brick and mortar location. “This is a good place to get holiday decorations, gift bags and wrapping paper, craft item and other household items. You can get some name brands. Some of the quality of some items are not what you would get in the grocery store. But they are usable. The prices went up to 1.25 but still a good price f ok r what you get.”

“Very helpful, needed to run out and pick up my pup some more food and the shelves were a little low, store service guy informed me that there were some more in the back and escorted me back there and there was my pups favorite food and I got two bags, above and beyond, thank you Family Dollar”

“This store location is like most Family Dollar stores I’ve visited. They have smaller sized packages that are usually sold for cheaper prices. The store generally has a sale section and seasonal aisle as well as other novelty items when you walk in. There is a good selection to choose from. When I went recently, there were kids clothes on sale for $1. Originally they were $10. The same for some workout shirts in adult sizes. Overall when I need to find something quick and want to get in and out of a store fast this is a good place to stop before or after going to work. One thing that can improve is the cleanliness of the store. It could definitely use a good wax and buffer of the floors and overall deep clean. Also be careful with some of the packaged foods as the dates and be close to expiration.”

“The store is 10x better than what it was a year ago. I see they have new management and workers so i guess these people care. More produtucts on the shelves which is a good thing. Hopefully the store will stay like this. Still havnt got that floor fixed yet though. Other than that keep it up.”

“I came in and the young lady and gentlemen were so kind to the customers. She welcomed every guest with genuine enthusiasm\ and made us feel good. soooooooo kind.she spoke to everyone and they even let a diabetic man use the bathroom though it was against policy.thats compassion.i will call to let the manager know they both need to be promoted or raise or something.kiyta”

“This is the most organized and well laid out dollar tree that I have ever been to! You forget that you're even in a discount store as you stroll through the aisles. And then an even bigger treat was the new self checkout machines at the front. Very classy Crofton Dollar Tree!!! I will certainly be back. The shelves were stocked well and so clean .”

“Hello this cost between $10-12 dollars but first you have to buy the air wick plug-in adapter which holds the fragrance. It will have your place smelling good and keeping everyone relax and calm during these extreme times. That's what the scent of lavender ? will do for ya?”

“Not the traditional dollar store-more like the Latin version of the dollar store! Low prices! I went there to get trashbags & paper plates & found they did keys & I'd just moved here so that was helpful! They can cut a rug for about $12 if I remember correctly & I might go back for that bc my bathroom is now pretty small & I maybe could use a rug slice there.They have things to use for cleaning, party decorations - If you're in the area, stop by....”

“I love this Family Dollar. As soon as you walk in the store, someone is greeting you. They're always stocked, shelves are clean, and straitened. Sometimes I have to make myself drive by without stopping. The staff are very friendly. Wish I was good with names to give a shout out. Keep up the good work everyone!”

“Excellent customer service. Store merchandise stocked neatly and organized. Further, no OSHA issues, like some stores that have inventory/ boxes all over the store including doors. It was a clean store.Most of all, thanks to Anthony, I was able to locate an item and purchase within a few minutes. This guy also greeted customers with a smile. He can teach a class for retail customer service...needs recognition.My only recommendation to the company is to invest in signs for each aisle. It will prevent customers from roaming around the store to find products. Respectfully.”

The gentleman that helped me was very well mannered and assisted me quickly.I will never shop at the one in Bowie, until they are able to reach this standard. “Well stocked. Actually has an ice cooler. My local Dollar Tree is always out of everything but especially ice. Just a little dirty. Came in the door and had to step over trash. Register clerks were very nice and helpful. They did not hesitate to leave register to help customers find items. And they had very nice attitudes. A real surprise.”
